DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

I am NOC 0112, 12 Dec 2014 applicant. I received my CC notification and PER email on the same day, been 28 February. I also received UCI and Application/File number in the same email. I was also notified that my file is on its way to the relevant visa office. I called the contact centre twice before this and once I was told that my application was in process and another time I was told that my file is open but will need to wait about 2 months for an answer. A week later I received the golden email.

Jus to update you that I called them twice to day and they told me that I can't find your application in the system. They also said that the good part is that it means neither you have been rejected nor your file is returned.
Just try to call after a 1 to 2 week to check again. I also asked if the noc is capped to which they replied that such information is not available with them since they do not have access to it.

Called CIC a few hours ago,

The agent was very nice and informed me that my application is complete and accepted.
Soon the file will be transferred to my visa office.

What does that mean????

I have no idea if my dd is encashed.........

Happy to hear about the NOC information and to know that you are still in the race. Makes me wonder though how other forumites got their information about the cap being reached. Still praying for all of us tail enders.

Thanks mate .hope u hear a good news as well.For those who are waiting for charging ,: I called cic now and the agent said from first of December until the last day we are facing a huge number of applications .our processing is not based on date .He said there are many applications from even October that has not been rejected ,only not processed yet.he said currently our charging period has exceeded to more that 2 months because of that so dont loose hope guys.cheers
