I don't think the agent will know the exact reason for application returned as they don't have know ledged on that. Just wait for the your application and informed us here the letter for the inadmissible if your application returned. Thanks,

well guys i applied for 2172 and 2281

i called cic and they told me that app for 2281 was sent back on 26th feb and for 2172 it was sent back this Saturday

the agent quoted the reason of CAP BEEN FILLED

my ss name is zeeshan.139 and i entered my info as for 2281

Applicants upto 29th December are charged on 28th Feb.
So, it seems that today or tomorrow FSWP 2014 Game Will be Over, means all December Applicants whose applications have passed completeness check in a positive manner would have been considered already and their CC charged and sorry to inform that rest of the applications if they did not hear till end of next week, should contact CIC to know status of their applications, otherwise there is a strong possiblity that their applications failed completeness check and would have been returned by Snail mail.

Sharing the same application recieved date as yours snd same mode of payment , I am just curious to know if your dd has been encashed yet ? Moreover if the answer is positive then is your ECAS alive? Hi George. I am a little bit confused now.
I don't know if I understood your position. Are u trying To say if you were not charged at least next week maybe you are out of the game? Or if u not receive PER until next week it is possible to not pass in FSWP 2014.

How many 12/29 & up applicants confirmed cc charging & dd encashment? In this December forum, i did not find any 12/29 & up applicants confirmed charging of cc nor dd. I don't think it is right to say that the game is over by today nor tomorrow.

I am 12/29 applicant under noc 1212 and my cc is not yet charged same as those 12/29 applicants who keep on posting their status and asking for updates from other applicants of 12/29 & up.

Current scenario shows that for now, they are mainly focusing on MI review (releasing PERs) and not on CC/DD charge. So, I think we should wait for some more time in the hope of an encashment..............(may be a week or two)

My CC was charged last week. They still processing apps but they just slow down the speed.

CIC might have received a large number of Applications between 29-31st Dec as its the only last chance to apply under the Old FSW Program and the New EE is unpredictable adding to that its a Christmas vacation and long weekend from 25-28th Dec. So, all the Applications will be reaching CIC between 29-31st Dec. Guys don't loose your hope. I wish all Dec ending applications will be charged by the end of this week either cc/dd. Cheers
