wow this end our journey :-\ , it is sad news, but we some how were expecting it but din't want t acknowledge :'(.
with the EE taking more than 800 point, i feel it is dead end too :-[ .
have they confirmed when they send our files back, so we pick our files ?

@newtraveller, as per 16th dec NOC 2281 didn't reach the cap & it was 715 applications received. Moreover CIC agent will never reveal the cap status over phone....

Yes statistically he could be right in his message. Though it is a sad news for this NOC. But express entry might provide an opportunity in sixth or seventh draw. But initial draws will be for candidates with valid job offer+LMIA

1. CIC agent never reveals the cap status over phone.
2. According to CIC publishing as of 16th Dec 2014, it was 715 applications received.
3. If at all the file was returned then it would have made entry into the database. I have called twice and got same response that my application details were not available and recommended me to contact CIO, Sydney, NS. If my application was returned then it would have made an entry and CIC agent would say me the same.

Your thoughts on this please....

You are right Richi. 4-5 days back my consultant confirmed me that one of his 05-Dec (app. recvd.) client has got PER on 23rd-Feb.........

Those CIC agents will do anything to keep away from calling them...........

We can only prey to GOD. Lets hope for the best..............

Thnx alot for your kind and supportive words. Great to meet same noc and same date applicant. Neways I would like to inform you that one of 29th Dec has been charged although not from our NOC.

My application received at SYDNEY on 5th Dec, I have seen many of the team members talking about DD amount deduction, how you are coming to know on the deductions, bank guys in India say that it cannot be tracked and many of DEC applicants says they have received PER

How you are tracking on-line.

I am worried, guys can any of you enlighten me how you are tracking.

MY NOC is 0113.I dispatched my file from India , Bangalore.

I read even team in India is running WHATSUP group can you please add me my number +91 9986944929.

I sent my aplication on 20th december but due to holidays over there CIC received my application on 29th December 2014. I am still waiting for PER... Is there any one of 29th December who received PER ?? how long I should wait more ?

Dear Syed,

Need to wait for the CC/DD to be charged first, Later after an average of 30 days you will get your PER.
