Well, if your analysis is correct, then we should be charged early this week. Although, since I sent a DD, I'll probably have to wait a bit for confirmation. Waiting...with fingers, toes, arms and legs crossed

Thanks for the reminder. Sometimes the anxiety makes us forget that this takes time. It is compounded by the fact if we slip now (missing document, incomplete form, etc) it can basically mean game over as there are no do overs (FSW being over and EE being so unpredictable).

I am anxious to feel the relief and joy that the PER mail : brings. Waiting.... :

Kapoor09, we are in the same boat, being Dec 29 applicants. I am waiting for my DD to be encashed. Up to Thursday it wasn't. I called CIC on Friday and the gentleman with whom I spoke said that a large number of applications were received in the last three months and so the timelines that were given by CIC were not long enough to facilitate processing. He suggested that I call back at the end of March.

However, since they have started charging Dec 24 applications, I hope and pray that ours and the remaining ones (30 and 31) will be done this week and DDs encashed by early next week.

Keep the faith. You will get your PER.

I'm nov 29th applicant, got PER on 17th Feb, and after that no updates on my application. Before per, my HR told me that she got a verification (paper) , to recognise me (i.e. About my employment details) but I don't think so.. I'm not able to trust her for this.. It is possible that before getting per somebody verify your company or employment or experiece?
