Hello Guys,

I tried to call nova scotia through number 001-613-9444-000, after 10 minutes waiting somebody picks the phone and told me that he can't give me UCI on phone. Please help. how to track status of my application.

Try to call again... Some agents r more helpful than others....

The reason for your file returned is Cap Full?? Did you receive your file? From wic place have u sent it? Is the reason mentioned in your file or your confimred over the phone thru CIC??

I am 12 Dec applicant, Just now I called CIC, the agent said that my File is "Accepted" and is in "under review", I asked for the cap status, he said "I am not sure, but you have a client ID generated and your File seems to be within the CAP". he has shared UCI number as well. Don't know whats going on at CIC end.

Is your document back to you or they informed you that your documents are in the way back?

This are two different things as the first one entails that a document they include the reason why they return your document. The second could be for any other reason
