Please help me with the options to reach to a CIC help desk agent. I am calling on +1-613-944-4000, but not sure about options to reach to a CIC helpdesk agent. I tried different options, but no success.

After being connected with +16139444444, it's 1111131 - but you have to wait for some signals (just listen to what is being said) as to when to press each of these options.

I called the same number this afternoon around 3.30pm. Most of the options you have to press is 1. The system will ask you for your application number and if you don't respond will tell you to hold on for a CIC agent. Approximate time of wait is about 15 minutes. I spoke with a man and was very cooperative.He gave me my UCI number.

Thanks flakytezy, will surely call tomorrow, as call centers would have been closed by now.

CIC Number is: 613-944-4000

A record will guide you to reach an agent. The numbers is almost 1, but in some time u need to dial 3 (for permanent resident). If you don't have a UCI no yet, just press # and after that will ask u your year of birth.
Then u will be transfered To an agent.

Some Dec 10, 2172 applicants have already received their PER. With my timeline and NOC the same as theirs but no PER yet, I am so nervous I feel that my heart is gonna explode any moment. But if I let that happen, and I'll die, I won't be there to receive my Visa. ;D

Let's not fret so much if the agent won't give UCIs. It won't help us so much either if our ECAS status is 'In Process', because still, possible things happen even after charging/encashment. The best thing for us to do is just to wait for our CC charging/DD encashment and PERs.

Just confirm that my CC was charged on Jan 31 8:30 AST time after calling the CC issuer but I didn't receive any SMS from this charge to my phone as usual, I'm the 10th December with NOC 2172.

I'm very please to inform that my PER email had come around 4 PM AST time 25 Feb 2015. Thanks All for the support and information, wish you all the best in this destiny

Senior members, kindly advise me when should I collect police certificates as I had not submitted them yet. As CIC mentioned in the guideline, it should be no older than 3 months when submitted. If I collect them this week, will they still be valid at the time the VO requests?
