I just called CIC and a sweet lady told me that my app wasn't rejected and it is "under process". I've asked her what was that means and she said "I don't know what that means". She said already that my process number was not created yet but maybe in four months (April) I will receive a letter and an agent will contact me soon.

Seniors, do u know what that really means? Under process, no process ID, four months...
A little bit confused now, but happy To hear that News.

If anyone can help me I will appreciate.

I called the same number this afternoon around 3.30pm. Most of the options you have to press is 1. The system will ask you for your application number and if you don't respond will tell you to hold on for a CIC agent. Approximate time of wait is about 15 minutes. I spoke with a man and was very cooperative.He gave me my UCI number.

I'm a new member here I just noticed that there is some applicants didn't get their CC charged I've an advice for you

Please call your bank to see if there is rejected transactions immediately sometimes there is a problem with the card so don't stand still, you can figure out the problem with the bank before they try to charge you again or even call them

Stay positive and never give up

Can you please share on which number did you call and what all options you used to reach to an helpdesk agent. I am trying, but not able to reach to an agent. I am worried now, as 24th Dec applicants have started to get their CC charged.

Hey Jaiman!

CIC Number is: 613-944-4000

A record will guide you to reach an agent. The numbers is almost 1, but in some time u need to dial 3 (for permanent resident). If you don't have a UCI no yet, just press # and after that will ask u your year of birth.
Then u will be transfered To an agent.
