Helo Forumites!

I just called CIC and a sweet lady told me that my app wasn't rejected and it is "under process". I've asked her what was that means and she said "I don't know what that means". She said already that my process number was not created yet but maybe in four months (April) I will receive a letter and an agent will contact me soon.

Seniors, do u know what that really means? Under process, no process ID, four months...
A little bit confused now, but happy To hear that News.

If anyone can help me I will appreciate.

Can you please share on which number did you call and what all options you used to reach to an helpdesk agent. I am trying, but not able to reach to an agent. I am worried now, as 24th Dec applicants have started to get their CC charged.
