Hi Fellow December Applicants,

I am Dec. 5 applicant and got charge last Jan.28 but still haven't received our PER. I called CIC this morning and they gave me my application number, checked it in ECAS and its currently in "In-Process" status. The agent mentioned that its not a good sign but didn't elaborate more on the details, also asked for our UCI # but she didnt gave it. I'm getting a little bit anxious on our current stage since we still haven't got our PER... is there someone similar in our situation. Any advice on our next step?

Thanks in advance and God bless us all. :)

@sandeepvaluparambil, I am also a 2281 candidate. My app received on 24the Dec. Two days back my consultant informed me that one of his client with noc 2281 has received PER today. So hope for the best and pray for some room in cap quota to accommodate us.

There's only one charging reported in last three working days!
Worried!!!
Although my NOC(4214) is a cold one, the overall cap of 25000 is a worry.
Although people have predicted that the overall cap (25,000) is unlikely to be reached.
But we don't know how many applications ACTUALLY reached in Dec. There's bound to be more numbers in Dec as consultants would have encouraged many to apply & the general belief had been that it was the last chance to apply for FSW & EE was an unknown entity.

So there should be charging to give HOPE! CIC, please play up.

C'mon guys please give some BETTER LOGIC or facts to drown this pessimistic thought.

Hi,

I was not able to see 4214 form. Getting an error. My noc is also 4214 and still waiting for per.

Thanks
TKS

Congrats to all of you guys who got charged today or received PER best of Luck for rest of Journey. Keep updating and helping others ;)

I received my P.E.R. email, 3 hours ago.
I'm so relieved now. Thank you god! :)

Dec. 8th Applicant
NOC: 2172
CC has been charged: Jan. 29th
P.E.R. email: Feb. 24th

I wish all the applicants waiting for their CC to get charged or their P.E.R. email to arrive all the best and keep on praying. We are all destined to land in Canada.

One more question? How likely is it that my visa office will decide that I'm not eligible? Has something like this happened before?

+1

congrats

Surely this would only make sense if they were not updating PER, which they seem to being regularly so must mean they are in the office I do this??

isn't PER mail automated?

i tried calling cic yesterday...they are not picking the calls...rather they've put on IVR that due to high call volums all ccp's are busy...

Just a guide for you guys from CIC site:

When your status is

IN PROCESS in ECAS, it could mean the following:

> Application Received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
We have received your application and will review it in order of receipt. We will send you an acknowledgement letter.

>Documentation Verified by CIC
We are reviewing your application to make sure it is complete and that no documents are missing. We will return incomplete applications for resubmission.

> An Interview May be Required
We will review the application and decide if an interview is necessary. If so, we will inform you in writing of the date, time and location of the interview.

I am very sorry to report that my NOC3011, Dec 3 application has been returned to me, according to CIC phone call last nite, it was returned Jan 15, but I have not received it as yet.
I began collecting evidence for my application as NOC3012, but changed at the last minute due to potential capping of 3012, and now have had it rejected as I do not meet FSW criteria.
Until I receive my package back, I will not know exact reason, which could be age or not meeting 3011 description.
All the best to everyone on the forum, it has been wonderful reading your stories. My family is devastated, but will apply for Supervisa next. suzroa

You are brave man and God must have better plan for you. Keep your hopes and moral high and things will be just as you want for yourself. God bless you.
