just called CIC and got my app ID. It says "in progress" now, so hoping to get PER email this week. Also, I used skype for the call and it was free. Waiting time was 8 minutes, but operator responded me in about 5 minutes. So guys don't hesitate to call them. They're very friendly and helpful. Wish all of us luck and landing this year

my NOC is 2243 (rare one), app was recieved at December 3rd and charged at January 26th

Thanks Ali, I hope I get the PER as soon as possible, My NOC : 0311 ... and the bank says he couldn't know if the DD has been encashed or not yet, so I don't depend on the Bank ..

I also want to know, is it a good sign that my Ecase shows " In process " ??
I mean, If I'll receive NER, do they change this status in my ecase in the same day I receive the NER or before that or after that by few days ??
is there is anyone who had his ecase went alive and shows " In process " and then he received NER ?? I hope not

Hi buddy,

Even after charge, the possibility of rejection cannot be ruled out, however the chances are minimal and happens if the points claimed are calculated incorrectly by the applicant and drops below 67 at the final review.

You case however has the positive signs, your ecas is alive, just click on "In Process" and it would probably say 'we have received your application on xx.xx.xxxx'. If (God forbid) your application is rejected during the review, the status will change to 'Decision Made' and simultaneously the application will be sent back. So if it doesnt say Decision made, you are safe, wait for PER.

Almost same timeline buddy. App date 12 Dec, DD encashed on 13 Feb, waiting for PER. As per current trend, it takes 20-30 days after charging to get PER mail. All the best !

this is my second app , this time me as PA

i applied to be on safer side ,a s i didnt got MR for our first app till now , itsof date 7 may with my spouse as PA.

It's too early to expect PER email. As per current trend, it takes 20-30 days to receive PER after fees encashement.
