But till December 16th I had checked with the status for 1123.
It was 480 applications registered and 340 additional applications received.
Which is still not capped since there is scope for another 180 applications.

So how can it be capped?

Could you kindly share link of those statistics.

Your NOC ? You would not know about the charging unless your bank provides you with the information, if they have it in the first place ! Hope you get your PER this week. All the best.

Thanks Ali, I hope I get the PER as soon as possible, My NOC : 0311 ... and the bank says he couldn't know if the DD has been encashed or not yet, so I don't depend on the Bank ..

I also want to know, is it a good sign that my Ecase shows " In process " ??
I mean, If I'll receive NER, do they change this status in my ecase in the same day I receive the NER or before that or after that by few days ??
is there is anyone who had his ecase went alive and shows " In process " and then he received NER ?? I hope not

Dont worry , If you are CC . today is the charge time, if you are DD wait 10 more days as they are encashing 17 Dec dd.
If you wouldn't get charge today , call cic and ask for your status. They might say it is not your turn , You should insist that today 24 dec applicant was charged .

I just called CIC now and the lady said that my applications wasn't oppened yet. But last week the atendent said that app is in process and an agent will contact me soon.
I am dec 24th applicant and starting to freaking out! I am so confused right now! Lol

Am I need To get worried about that?

Last week I had the same situation of yours , I supposed to get charge and they answered various type of responses . Keep calm and pray to dthe end of day you will get good news

just called CIC and got my app ID. It says "in progress" now, so hoping to get PER email this week. Also, I used skype for the call and it was free. Waiting time was 8 minutes, but operator responded me in about 5 minutes. So guys don't hesitate to call them. They're very friendly and helpful. Wish all of us luck and landing this year

guys i have applied under NOC 2172 ... app date is 18th Dec

well unfortunately i have to withdraw money from my account due to some business issue and wont be able to deposit for a month

is this a issue ? m confused because cic will check the status of my bank after getting PER i guess

and secondly i wonder why 2172 charging has been stopped , m sure it wont be because of cap been reached

CIC cannot check the status of your bank balance directly. If you haven't yet got your PER, you should be OK. I think the next time your financials will be asked for will be at the time of MR, which will be at least 2-3 months after PER. If you are able to deposit it back in about a month, and leave it in your account for a couple of months, you should be fine. I am in the same situation. I had drawn the funds from my company account (self-owned company) to make a fixed deposit. My auditor said, if I keep the money now, I will have to show it as a dividend, and pay tax on it. So I've paid it back to the company account. I will draw it again in April (next financial year), and make a new FD.

Calling CIC call centre agents, they will only keep speculating. You've waited this long, just wait a little more atleast till friday then you have my
