DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Hi,
I have sent my application on 30Dec 2014 and it reached on 5 Jan 2015, If my application is not considered will get any mail notification, if not when will I receive my application back.

I am really worried for my application which reached on 21st October and DD encashed 30th Dec .But no PER yet. ..Now it is more than 4 months.So,is it understood that i will get my file back.
Because one of my friends Application reached on 21st July and her DD encashed date was Nov .And yesterday she got her file back .
It seems that after DD encashed also ,there is chance of getting file back..
Day by Day i am loosing Hope now..

What was the reason stated for your friend? and what are your NOCs?
I suggest you call CIC and ask for your application status, at least you'd be certain (not sure they'd tell you the reason over the phone).

Hi jjmoha,

What is your NOC? If it is not a hot one and you are sure that cap is not an issue here, you better call up cic to get your UCI number. It will clear all doubts, in case (God forbid) your application has been sent back, they will let you know. However, if the application is still under review, you will have to wait till a decision is made. UCI number will help you track your application online.

my dates are identical - app recieved by VO at December 3rd and CC at January 26th, however I haven't got PER. In case of NER will I get it via email this week or I will be notified via regular post in several months?

Please wait it is still early to speculate. They will let you know by email.

Please send an email to cic regarding your application status.

Guys, you need to send email to cic regarding your application status after 8 weeks of your application date. They will reply after 60 days.

If you will call from Hangouts it will be free call, plz note the number and options to dial

first dial + 1 613 944 4000

then computer will talk after each instruction listen you will dial each digit from this list 11111311 ,

After this computer will ask u to provide details but don't enter any thing, after 3 times she will ask u to enter , don't touch it,

then call will transfer to agent/representative, ask my regards to her or him......

Chances are high your file will be returned because FSW programme ended on 31 Dec. It takes around 2 months to get your file back. I doubt you will get any mail notification. Try calling CIC and find out about it.

As far as I know, your application can be returned before encashement. After encahement, you can get PER or NER via mail/email.

Although th App is perfect , the sound disconnects after about one or two mintutes .
