Looking at it logically you should not be needing to give another FBI PCC as you have not gone back to the U.S. but unfortunately it totally depends upon the visa officer . He might or might not ask for a new PCC ..so nothing concrete can be said ..!!

It means you have scale the first completeness check, A senior officer will then check to see that you have 67 points

According to me my points were 71 dont know what he or she will see

It's kinda a better way to go ..as soon as you get the PER get the PCC process started so that even if it is asked or not asked you have the PCC ready by the time your medicals are done

I think the NOC is capped as at Nov 3rd, It was posted on the forum by an applicant that got his package back due to NOC 1123 reaching is cap. Kindly put in for EE

But till December 16th I had checked with the status for 1123.
It was 480 applications registered and 340 additional applications received.
Which is still not capped since there is scope for another 180 applications.

So how can it be capped?

If the cap would have reached then your DD would not have been encashed.... Since. your DD has been encashed you are safe...... Congratulations.... Wait for couple of days for your PER....

Got the PER 21st feb early morning. Hoping PER rain will start now for everyone.

my dates are identical - app recieved by VO at December 3rd and CC at January 26th, however I haven't got PER. In case of NER will I get it via email this week or I will be notified via regular post in several months?

Hi All,

I am really worried for my application which reached on 21st October and DD encashed 30th Dec .But no PER yet. ..Now it is more than 4 months.So,is it understood that i will get my file back.
Because one of my friends Application reached on 21st July and her DD encashed date was Nov .And yesterday she got her file back .
It seems that after DD encashed also ,there is chance of getting file back..
Day by Day i am loosing Hope now..
