Hey guys! My ECAS just went live! It shows "In Process", when i click it it says "we recieved your application for permanent residence in December 15, 2014." I hope PER is coming!!!! 8)

This is really a good news. Congratulations to you. You will get your PER I think that before 1st March 2015.
Rest assured your PER is 99.99% cooked, correspondence department have to just pack it in an email and send it to you.

Hi George .I am NOC 0113 .my application received by cic on 23rd of Dec but still no news from encashment.my question is that is it possible that my application is rejected or they should have let me know earlier cause I called CIC 5 days ago and the person said your application is in process.

I am 5th Dec application of NOC 2172. DD encashed on 3rd February. Waiting for PER (NER).

Last PER reported by someone in whatsapp was Dec 8th, but PER does not go in sequential order so just be patient.
About cap - no one knows, there are many not charged until Dec 10th, and until the moment they are all charged, there is still hope for 2172 CAP, at least that is the theory I believe until further information arrives next week.

1123 is a really strange noc. A lot of diverse infos about that.

Since your application is in process, it means it is not rejected. Just remain calm your DD will be encash next week or upper week. Our NOC is a cold one
