I already have a UCI no because I have a tourist visa. So, if CIC didn't change the original number, I am able to check on Ecas. But shows "we were not able To identify you..."
Do you know if the number I have in my visa will Still the same or they can change for a New one?

I also have a tourist visa and the cic agent gave me a UCI no also but it shows the same as it is showing in your case.
They may change your UCI no and have you paid via CC

No Tathy ,

Havent been charged yet !

My mode of payment is DD and I checked with the bank last week who told me that the DD hasnt been encashed yet. Mine is one of the cold NOC's and cap shouldnt be a problem .
However , till the time it is not encashed or i dont receive any news from CIC only patience can help us out
