My CC was charged on 24/1/15, received PER on 14/2/15.
May I know where you're from?

I sent my first one on NOV. 28, but I ignored the WES should be the original-_-# This is my second application. It is not charged yet.
I am from China.

Hi rawalromoe

This is quite bad situation. Bcos email is the main communication method which use by CIC and any visa office.
I suggest u call CIC and give your details and ask them for further advice on how to change/update your email address in your ECAS. Clearly explain your problem and they will even give your UCI number also.
As your application received on 4th December your PER should b out by now or what it will b out latest by next Tuesday which means by now your ECAS is live and running.

Try calling CIC, they might at least tell you if it is in process or not.

have they cashed your DD. You can confirm from your bank. Or better still call CIC on Monday for status of your application
