But my online application status says, "we cannot identify you", what might be the problem, I was charged almost 2 weeks back, shouldn't it have been updated by now?

I have my UCI number , I got it after calling to CIC , now i entered my UCI , it says " In Process " and if I click over it , it says " We received your application for permanent residence on December 12 2014. ". However, I didnt receive any PER email yet. What does this means ? Does this means that I already achieved PER ? However , today or tomorrow I will receive an email for PER or NER ... But Just let me know that what does this IN PROCESS means ?

our NOC is a cold one. They will definitely charge your cc next week.

Wow Congrats mate. Even my application was received on same date (ie 22nd dec 2014), But my CC is not charged yet. Dont know whats happening :-( !!!

What about 2132 applicants after October? Did any one call CIC?

Guys my brother had sent an application for N.O.C 2132 on 25th September which was received on 09-10-2015 unfortunately that application has been returned today as informed by his consultant. The reason being cap met. Sorry guys but this is the truth, the cap for N.O.C 2132 has been met on 8th October. But there is no reason to loose hope, Express Entry is there so no worries told my bro to adhere to Plan B.
