DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Hi george ,
my mode of payment is DD which has not been encashed yet but the cic agent gave me the uci no and said that their office will contact me .
Does it mean that my application has been accepted ?

What did the call center agent exactly told you about what he/she is seeing the status in your ECAS after entering of UCI? Because if he/she does not see any status, then it means that your file is going through "Completeness Check" and it is still not completed. You will hear encashing of DD news within next week and also your ECAS will go live before end of next week.

Got UCI !!!

Got my UCI on my third try! Lovely lady at the other end, very co-operative! ;D
But my online application status says, "we cannot identify you", what might be the problem, I was charged almost 2 weeks back, shouldn't it have been updated by now?
Little bit worried.

May by you are also DD payment mode. Until DD will not be encashed they will not make your ECAS live.

Ignore my previous reply because i thought that your mode of payment is DD. But since your payment method is CC and you are already gotten charged then just try with different combinations of family name. Sometimes CIC messes up with family name and it has happened with one applicant whose second name was mentioned as family name instead of his original family name which was fourth part of his name.

I have my UCI number , I got it after calling to CIC , now i entered my UCI , it says " In Process " and if I click over it , it says " We received your application for permanent residence on December 12 2014. ". However, I didnt receive any PER email yet. What does this means ? Does this means that I already achieved PER ? However , today or tomorrow I will receive an email for PER or NER ... But Just let me know that what does this IN PROCESS means ?

Also since its been 2 weeks, ECAS should have been live, the agent said after asking my details and putting me on hold for sometime that my application was recieved on 15th Dec 2014.

So, it means that "Completeness Check" has been passed but your file is in Que for "Eligibility Review" to start.

Within a period of coming 10-days you will receive your PER(99.99%). In rare case it is NER.

What date applications are being charged? Any Dec 22nd or 23rd application charged?

The agent didnt say anything about what she is seeing in ECAS.
What she said was the date she received my application and that they will contact me soon
Upon my asking , she willingly gave the UCI no.

we dont know for sure whats going on after Dec 10th applicants.

Some think its capped, others think its just on hold for some reason and cap wont be reached.

Just be patient, and wait for whatever news - either charging resumes, or it is capped and people will get such details in a week or two...
Nothing to do.

All 2172 applicants after 10th dec will say you the same thing, wait dear wait we are already in queue and very much worried because of unknown situation. It is request to CiC take care of us we worked very hard to send application
