I have tried to log in via the UCI no that the CIC agent gave me but i am unable to see any details.

Whereas the agent , who was very polite gave me the no and also said that CIC will contact me soon.

What does it mean ?

CIC has informed WES that they cannot verify your ECA report. This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your immigration application, they will need to verify your ECA report using WES's online service. To allow CIC access to your ECA report, you will need to order a duplicate report at https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp?

You should choose this kind of Wes report that permit CIC to check your ECA report online..so you should confirm with WES for this
But what is your NOC and file receiving date ???

You should immediately order this duplicate report from WES via the link provided. It takes just 1 business day so I would advice that you apply NOW so they can notify CIC, who will then access the report online tomorrow (before they put aside you application package). Hurry!

BTW, it means you still have a good chance.
