My consultant informed me some days back that some of her other client for 1123, appli date 5th Nov got PER..

So how come a 3rd Nov will be returned for CAP filled??

This NOC is getting strange day by day..getting weird replys..

Even i am NOC 1123 15th Dec appli..waiting impatiently.

I don't want To disapoint you but a friend of mine just called CIC and the atendent said that her app was sent back because the cap was reached. Her application was in November 3.

Anyone tried To call CIC and received the same answear?

I agree with you, Whatever will be, will be. Somebody on the Nigerian forum a June applicant just got PER yesterday

Your post is one of the most important within The last days. You are totally right, buddy!!
We need to keep our minds calm and try to Do something to relax or make you happy. This anxiety will not make your process faster. At The same time, I know that immigration involves dreams and a project of life.

Like Aanchal said, faith is the better way to deal with The long process.

This noc is getting really strange!! I don't know why this atendant said that information as I know that they are not autorized to say so. I hope the information her got is wrong. Only time can say! Let's pray for the best!!

How did u get your UCI? You already have it or u called CIC and they give de # to you?
And you only can see something on Ecas after charging. By the way, u got charged?

i got it when my file was returned back .....i am waiting for my dd to be encashed
