I already mentioned it bro, the bank confirmed it ! BTW, I am a banker myself ! My wife is the PA under 4214.

what are the chances to consider my application for FSW 2014, as it received on last day.
2. I sent experience letters with roles and responsibilities of 2132 for my previous employment and with 2232 responsibiities for current employment. Also, I have not mentioned no. of working hours per week. How will it affect on my application?
3. How long will it take generally, to charge the CC for 31st Dec 2014 applicants?

1. my application was also received on 31.dec,
off course they will consider our applications, why wouldn't they? fsw2014 ended on 1.jan 2015. so 31.dec was a day like any other regarding fsw2014 applications...

2. I don't know this one, more experienced members may provide you with the answer...

3. given that the last cc charge (according to the SS) is 22.dec, I strongly believe that by the end of february we will see the charging of 31.dec applicants

waiting for cc charging to resume. though my form of payment is DD, but any 22nd dec CC charge will definitely ensure that my application has been viewed.
there are lot of rumors in the air. CIC has no charged any people in 13,14 feb. some of them is telling that the overall cap has been reached. last cc charge is upto 19 dec.
i will die in sorrow if i miss this time by one day.

An applicant just posted on the FSW 2014 thread saying that the CIC operator informed him that the NOC 1123 has already reached the capped limit since mid October 2014!!! Is that possible? i dont get it. CIC site showed only 385 apps out of 1000max in mid December.

1. 2232 is one of the coldest NOCs so no worries, it wont reach CAP for sure, you are in !
2. Only your current employment will be considered with 2232 responsibilities, i think! let the others comment on that. Moreover, if working hours are not mentioned but the letter says 'full time employee' it will do the trick, so check your letter once more
3. should be charged within a months time, if your app is complete

If your letter for either NOC, has not either stated "full time" OR specified working hours, it will most likely NOT be counted for your employment experience (unless the officer screws up and misses that).

This could either straight out reject your application if it is missing for your primary NOC, or reduce your points for work experience if it is not on the primary NOC (but still make you below the 67 points mark, hence making you ineligible).

I am sorry to be the one to tell you the bad news...
