regarding encash of DD

she didn't mention anything like cap she just mentioned that December applicants of 2281 has not been opened yet. So if the cap reached she should have said your application has been returned due to cap but she didn't mentioned anything like that, I will call again today will try to cross check.

Don't you think they have not opened yet because of capping, lets suppose if 10 or 20 applications are rejected at VO THEN and only they will open new 10 - 20 files of 2281 ?

May be the reason why they do not want to waste time on doing completeness check of 2281 ?

ksphr, no need to worry. Just to share with you yesterday many NOC 2281 applicants called CIC and ask about the status of their application including myself.
Same reply we got from CIC call agent that our file are still not opened. My presumption to this is that CIC is doing batch process with FIFO rule.
We also asked about CAP of NOC 2281, but they are reluctant to share information and they told us that wait until end of February or 1st of March.

In case we have not received any information during the given time period. We can call again and follow up the status of our application.

Note: As per the timeline posted from another forums by managersonline, if not mistaken we need to wait 86-89 days and CIC does follow this rule.

Hope this help and let us hope that all FSW 2014 applicants be successful immigrating to Canada.

Can you please confirm from which country u belong to ?? I suppose if it is India, it should have been received by now as one of my friends received application pack on Jan 17, 2015. for the NOC 2172 because of his photocopy of IELTS. His application recd CIC on Dec-02-2014...

I just now called up CIC to ask for my app status.. they said it has been reviewed and returned bck today .. reason being some documents missing... I have attached all the required and mandatory documents?? My HR didnot issue me a letter with Roles and Responsibilities.. bt she gave employment letter stating Designation, DOJ, Hrs wrked per week etc... For JOb Duties, I presented a letter from manager along with his Business Card and from a colleague...

What can be there which is missing?? and what can be their expectations?? Any suggestions or idea?? And further what can be done with it?

I called CIC on yest they said my name is in the system then i asked why my DD is not encashed yet no response from executive. Should i worried of rejection? or only successful application will be in the system?

I called twice CIC yesterday and they said on first call she kept on hold and then she said it too early for me to call and on second one the guy said if you hear anything in 10 weeks of app date then drop an email.

Dear All,
I am new to this forum and had few questions regarding FSW 2014.
1. My application received on 31st December 2014 and applied under NOC 2232.
what are the chances to consider my application for FSW 2014, as it received on last day.
2. I sent experience letters with roles and responsibilities of 2132 for my previous employment and with 2232 responsibiities for current employment. Also, I have not mentioned no. of working hours per week. How will it affect on my application?
3. How long will it take generally, to charge the CC for 31st Dec 2014 applicants?

My app receive date is 10-Dec NOC 2172. Mode of payment is DD via Citi Bank India
I had raised a query with them on Jan 31st about the DD status to which they responses today saying DD is not enchashed. Not sure if they are reporting status on on 31st Jan or on Date

Bro I have same NOC as of urz...I sent my application from Karachi, Pakistan on 8th Dec, 2014 which was delivered to NS on 15th Dec, 2014. My CC got charged last week on 5th Feb, 2014. Well I think DD takes time to be encashed. So plz b patient n ope for the best
