I want to confirm ,Is it true that CIC is moving some applicants files to another office that have little workload? I am just curious I am Dec 10 applicants ,NOC 1114,CC yet to be charged.

I have some people too in Dec 8,9 and 10 that are in my shoe.

Kindly share your view on this my posting.

Where did you get this information that CIC is moving files to another office.
I tried to search the same on internet and did not find anything.
You might want to followup with your NOC to see what is the status and the last charge that has happened on your NOC.

I am too 1114 noc code applicant. My cc got charged on 31 jan. From what I understand is that the weather is too harsh at this point of time in canada and hence very few applications have been processed.

My application date is 5th Dec'14 and NOC is 2172. Payment mode is DD.

I contacted with my DD issuer Bank (SCB) and found that my DD was en-cashed on 3rd February. But still now I did not get any email from CIC. Is it normal scenario? Please let me know as I am very tensed about that.

Yes, PER mail is few weeks after charging money.

this is after you get per mostly applicants from ndvo moved to warsaw office. Warsaw office gives aor so you will know.
