A close friend's CC - NOC 2241 - has just been encached
His file was received on Dec 12

he is NOC 0911 applicant and application date is 12th Dec

guess CIC is working on cold NOCs now

Great News!!! I am also a 0911 applicant. December 29th. Do you know which method of payment he used?

Guys my cousins in Ontario told me that the weather is so so bad and no one is able to travel, so this just be why the CC charges are coming in very slow.

Based in what I've seen and heard this week will be very slow guys so bear with nature

You are in a very good position tbh which is all the motivation you need. In about a months time you'll recieve PER and then you're well on your way.

Not at all it is not going to be the reason for rejection. Because they open each and every envelope and if the envelope doesn't relate to them then they take decision whether to direct it to somewhere else or discard it or return it. As far as the contents are relevant to your FSW case, they will certainly entertain it.
