Unfortunately today also CIO officers seem to be working cold-shoulderly and not charging applicants as we expected.
Hope that before the end of the day we might hear some more good news at least some of 12th December applicant as well.

As last year we have NOC for security agents? if somebody has security agents exp can he apply under EE?

got charged on 31st jan..thats was the last charging on NOC 2232.. i am waiting too as my application was received at NS on the 16th dec.

We should be patient.
Because patience is one of the key characteristic of a person that is recognized during PR visa process, by CIC.

That is why it is called PR.

PR = Patience Recognized

Therefore, for your patience to be recognized i.e. to get PR, you should be patient.!!!!

Come on Cheer up late December applicants!
I think CIC is clearing the almost full NOC's first & carrying out their Completeness Check on priority, so that once their cap is reached, balance applications of these NOC's can be returned (the logical thing to do).
Once these get finished, they will start with the so called cold NOCs. Therefore, we are very soon going to see a surge of charging in the cold NOC's. Most probably the overall cap of 25000 is unlikely to be reached and TAILENDER applicants of cold NOC's like ours are going to make it to the cap

Optimism is bliss but realism is also important. This week has shown me that what was expected to happen via spreadsheet calcs is not, what we forget to remember is human behaviour and force majure.

I advise those that are losing patience not to look to much into stats and try to pass time in another way so time goes quickly. We all will find out at some point.

I do love the stats as it's exciting but we must remain patient and faithful.

The December applicants should have a get together when we all get to the land of the maple leaf
