Hi Mates my time line is as below
Application recvd : 8th Dec
Noc :1212
Mode: DD
VO: NDVO
not yet cleared as of now, any idea when i shall be hearing from CIC.

i sent fees application with prepaid-card and i doubt if it could work, if no can i send DD now to CIC nor it is too lat ?

Guys,
Good news! CIC are now checking our applications for Dec Applicants. Someone from Dec 19 Applicant contacted her from CIC officer re her IETLS TRF . This means that they our now in processing our Apps - completeness check..

I think you are right. otherwise there is no other way to get the information that we are in the cap or not.
