Hello,

We have applied under phd stream on September 2014 and it was second time applying with same IELTS score as we applied on 2012 and got rejected from ottawa in April 2013 becuase the employment letter and IELTS was already still valid ,they sent the papers on december 2014 with letter asking to complete the main application form so we did that and sent the whole package as it is with copy of the letter and letter states changes we made as they asked and it arrived there already on 22/12/2014,my question with The IELTS will they consider it valid based on first time we sent the package on September 2014.

You will not receive any email from CIC for receiving documents. You will just get the information from the courier service.

IT WAS LIKE LAST BALL AND U SAVED UR WICKET.NOW U QUALIFY FOR NEXT ROUND OF THIS WORLD TOURNAMENT.....IT WAS NOT SIX...

Congrats to all those who have made it (app delivered within Dec 2014).

Now the wait begins. I am speculating that eligibility reviews for December batch will start in Late February or early March 2015.
