New Year Can't get any better than this.
I sent my package via DHL on 25th Dec from Mumbai,
My package got delivered today, 31st Dec at 0809 hrs,

Donnie received the package.

Well, I flew all the way to Toronto, and shipped my application on the 27th - using FEDEX - it arrived on the 30th, signed by D. Macniel

What is next? I submitted on NOC 2172, and my VO is Tel Aviv.
People refer to PER, what is that?

Will processing time be reduced, or still a year and half as TLV office did in the past?
