I am not sure it is correct but any per Loomis customer service rep these shipments were delivered yesterday evening but wasn't updated as delivery guy switch off due to weather. And updated in system today.

Can someone throw some light when DHL is going to update??? As Loomis tracking just shows package collection from DHL Ontario & not our i.e. Senders particulars. I called DHL here and they said update will take time & they have no information on delivery.

I had a email chat with Peter Hui Vice President, Commercial yesterday. He confirmed our delivery for today..I thank him for his support.

Hope you are doing good.

I have courierd my PR application on 23Dec by DHL from India. As Loomis is the local distributer with DHL for delivering PR application in Sydney NS. I would like to raise a concern here as there are almost 23-24 applications in Shipmnet NET41782310 which has to deliver today but I did not see any status update after 9.53AM Transit Through Loomis Facility DARTMOUTH.



Moreover CIC Sydney NS office is only open till 12noon tomorrow 31st Dec. Please accept my personal request to deliver these applications tomorrow in the morning. I hope you can understand the urgency as tomorrow is the last day and we left with only half day now.

Please look into this urgent matter ASAP.

Looking forward for your co-operation & Happy New Year in advance.

Hi Stephen,

I have read your email and understand your concern.

Our delivery commitment with DHL Express is to deliver the shipments to the CIC in Sydney once received from DHL Hamilton in 2 business days.

Your shipment has a tracking record that shows DHL gave the shipment to Loomis on Dec 29th and our scanning shows the shipment is presently in our Halifax warehouse to be moved for delivery tomorrow.

We are also aware that the CIC office is open and will accept deliveries up to noon on Dec 31st.

Our operations has been alerted and we will make the delivery prior to noon tomorrow.

Right now its a breather for me and for others as well. If I understand you correctly the shipment is still in Halifax, NS
and from there its a 5-7 hours drive. As CIC is only open till noon tomorrow, will our shipment reach on time?
