Refusal of application can be happen at any stage under following.

Applicants can be refused at anytime during the process of the application, for any of the following reasons:

• Proof of Language skills
• Criminal issues (have criminal record in any country)
• Security(failed background checks)
• Medical (failed medical exam)
• Financial reasons (have less than the minimum settlement funds
• Misrepresentation(failed to be truthful during the application or omitted information)
• Non-compliance(failed to provide any requested information/ documents the immigration officer requested or failed to attend a
Personal Selection Interview)
• Inadmissible family members (the above reasons for any family member indicated as dependent on the application form)

But I'm sure if u have got per email and non of the above is applicable no need to worry waiting is hard. I know good luck

Today i got 2nd line update, that they started processing on 21 May.
How can i come to know my visa office, is thr any other way than calling cic.

gss1984 there is no fix pattern of warsaw to process files.
yesterday some applicants reported direct MR without SLU.
so be calm and positive soon you will get.

Guys all depends on the visa office. average time is 60 to 90 days, may be even more if u have family members or transfer files to different vo. u guys can call cic and get some updates, else get CAIPS notes. (not compulsory)

There are two transfers.
When ur local vo is busy with lots of applications it may transfer to another country vo.
else
From cic canada after the basic review ur application has transfer to ur local vo to do the rest of the checking

and if ur vo is warsaw hard to tell when will be the second line. Warsaw is slow :/
Join with warsa applicants and u can get updates from them good luck

Got my medicals done yesterday and also sent WVO the copies of passports all the accompanying members and the copy of RPRF.

Now waiting got the next update.

I sent ppt copies for all the members but the attachements were more than 4 mb ( WVO system doesnt take more than 4 mb ) so i had sent in different emails i.e. 2 emails per member and copy of rprf in a seperate email. Do i need to send it via courier also ?

What is the indication on ecas if medicals reports are ok ?

How much time it will take for upload and ppr ?

I sent all documents via 7 seperate emails but received the confirmation receipt for only 3 although no emails were bounced. Hence , I was thinking it send it via post as well.

Any suggestions

When your family composition changes, you must add the new family member to your application so that is an exception to "no further documents". If your baby is born at any point before you land as a PR, even if your visa was already issued, you may not land on that visa but must add your baby to the application.

If you get your visa before the baby is born, you may land and have the baby in Canada or you could land, then go back and deliver the child at home but that is a bad option because a PR must be in Canada in order to sponsor their child and there is no guarantee that your child will get a TRV to come with you in which case you may face leaving your wife and baby behind and going to Canada alone in order to sponsor which can take months by the way.

The cost of having a baby in Canada can be anyway from zero to thousands of $. If you are covered by health care, say if you settle in any province that is not Ontario or BC, the cost would be zero. If you settle in BC or Ontario where there is a waiting time for health care but you use free clinics and a midwife and have a home birth, the cost could also be near zero or very low. If you have the baby in a hospital, you are probably looking at at least 3000 and probably more like 5000 but if there are complications, the amount can easily sky rocket.

Thanks Castiel. We are expecting the baby in about 15 days from now, so it will definitely be born well before I get the visa (probably before my medical request too). My questions are these:
1. Since they give us 30 days from MR to submit our medical reports, will they conduct the tests on my wife even though she would have just delivered a baby? If not, can I get an extension of time for my wife's medical tests to be done?
2. Do they conduct the medical tests on the new-born also?

I think they accept only the hard copy of the rprf. Others soft copy by email is ok. I think it's better and we are on safe side if u can send all the hard copies by Normal post.

And once they received ur medicals ur eca status will display
"Medical results have been received"

I will send them the hard copies as well .

If the ecas shows " medical results have been received " does that mean that they have received it or they have received it and they are ok
