but withdrawal/deposit history is basically your bank statements (chequing) where you bank often for the past 6 months.
See if you can add your name added to the fixed deposit and show a proof

When the funds are in the name of the spouse who is not a primary applicant then you need to submit a NOC from the spouse stating that you are authorized to use those funds for settlement in Canada. Below is the format. I also had to submit the same. Apologize for a delayed response

I, XXXXXXXX S/D/O XXXXXXXXX, aged about XX years, residing at XXXXXX, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:
I hold a joint savings bank account bearing account number XXXXX with XXXXXX, since XXXXXXX. I hold this account jointly with my wife/husband XXXXXXXXX.
I would like to inform your esteemed office that my wife/husband would be making an application under the Federal Skilled Worker category of Canada and would be submitting the last XX months bank statements of our joint account and his individual account to support the Settlement Funds requirement.
I have No Objection to this and my wife/husband is free to use my funds available in our joint account to meet the Settlement Funds requirement.
What is stated above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
AND I make this solemn Declaration conscientiously believing it to be true, and knowing that it is of the same force and effect as if made under oath.
