Hello. I received the same email on Mar17. My file reached CIO on Dec31 NOC4011. I checked ECAS using my 8digit number included in the email but my file could not be found.

on 9th of April,2015 I called to CIC, they said we have sent your file back due to cap.

I submitted my application under FSW in Nov'14 but I am yet to hear anything from CIC. Is there anyway I contact them and request for an update on my application?

Hey guys .... Even I received my AOR on 10th april ;D

I had to call CIC and he informed me that the AOR was sent out by Warsaw on the 26th Mar and second attempt on 9th april and still I didn't receive the mail.
Finally I got it on 10th Apr after I spoke to CIC. The agent or angel send me out an email with the instructions to change my mail id which is correct in their database. He said I better raise a enquiry because this is the second time I am facing the problem because I didnt receive my PER on time and CIC had to forward it to me.

So now I have raised a technical issue enquiry with them . Hope this resolves the issue.

Hey, that's cool, congrats, even I recieved my per on 1 mar, but didn't get any news from cic after that, I called cic on 09 April asking about my file ..a polite lady told that the file has already been transferred to Warsaw vo on 23 mar, then I asked if wvo has recd the file or not, she said she don't have the details, she said u must have read the mail, I told her that I haven't read ny mail from them..she said it must be under processing, wat u advise ? Should I check with them again as it's been long now ?

Thank you Manvar. I think the lady wants you to wait for a week or so .... May be after that you can call them up to check on the AOR.

Hey, i recieved the AOR mail, finally, my timeline is exactly same as yours...so i was wondering...but now ii feel good..thanks dear... now when can we expect the 2nd line update and MR request ..any idea ?

I was stunned by the fact that when I called CIC and had given all my details (name,date of birth, file received date) to check on my application status, the call agent told me that they don't have my details on their database.

Mine is NOC 1212 received 12/29 9:37am by no signature as per DHL and no cc charging yet nor email communication.

With the answer you got from the agent, it seems that they are not yet done with 12/29 completeness check because if it was really returned due to overall cap, it will be tag in their data file.

Anybody here who got charged just recently? like late last week? please give us info. This may be a good sign that they are not yet done with completeness check. i heard one early last week who got 2 attempts of credit card charging whose application was received 12/29 9:37 am.

Appreciate any info of any current charging or PER here...

File received 2 days later (on 12/31/2014)
No CC charged, no e-mail, no news, no file back by snail mail.
Still waiting and hoping (despite bad news read on the forum about global cap reached).

The average time to wait for MR from Warsaw VO is 2-4 months.
And according to CIC website the processing time in that VO is 34 months after file received.
