Regarding PCC,

Is there any minimum age of the applicants for submitting PCC...

I mean my son is 3 year old, do I have submit PCC for him also..?

18 and older. All juvie, if any, records are sealed in most countries anyway.

Friends I was being very optimistic when this discussion of " Global Cap Reached" was started , and I also have resisted much to this statement, But all my believes and hopes destroyed when I called CIC , And agent has nicely collected all my personal details and revealed a very disheartening fact that my file is returned on 10th March due to Global Cap since my NOC was 0121 and file recd date at NS Sydney was 9:28 am on 30the December.No point that NOC cap being filled since its very cold and Safe NOC also an agent has clearly used words ' Global Cap"; So anyone in this forum whose App recd on 30the or 31st without any valid Job offer should immediately call CIC and keep doing until u reach an agent . BTW I have very few hopes for EE also since I am claiming just 268 points with my spouse application. Seniors and experts I all be obliged if someone can guide me about my chances in EE and how much shall I need to wait to get successful in EE ? And anything which can help candidates like me to enhance their chances for EE. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hello dear!

I know 4 people in The same boat as you, applications from Dec 22 and 23. Don't know why it is taking so long coz I am Dec 24 and already received my PER.

I suggest u to call CIC tomorrow (today is Easter holiday) and check your app status.

Hi. Keep your hope alive. Never give up. Move over to the EE forum quickly. We will be there to receive and assist you. EE is far better once you are invited to apply. There are less room for mistake. Its online and the waiting process is far less. Even medicals result are uploaded at the point of submission. In less than 6months you and your family will be in Canada. To enhance your score, you can start searching for a company that will give you a job offer and let them worry about LMIA. That will add 600 points more to your score. You and your spouse can rewrite IELTS exam or complete a masters. Start with creating an EE profile and registering in the job bank. The cut point is dropping. At the moment its 453.

Neither Client ID number, nor Unique Client Identifier (UCI) received.
CC not charged.
Do you have any news for 30th-31st Dec. applicants with CC not charged ?

Today is Easter holiday in Canada, so CIC and neither VO is working today. But tomorrow they will work normally.

Some dec 2 and even dec 12 applicants received Aor from spvo I read in the forum. .. just be a little patient buddy we will all get what we are searching for. ... it's just a matter of time and God's grace..
