Yes, this is what they have said to me since the 11/03/2015 after a call center agent placed me on hold to contact their back office. Before placing me on hold she had asked me if I made payment through CC or DD and I said CC and then she came back after some moments to give me the news of file under review. I have further made several phones after the 11/03/2015, In fact (3 x everyday, excluding last weekend) and all the agents I have spoken with so far reiterated same news, that they can see a note attached to my profile which was received from the intake office on the above date and it reads that "my file is under review and they will be in touch directly anytime they want me".
I have logged in to my internet banking this morning and no transaction have been debited so far
