URGENT!

I need your help.

I just called to CIC agent and she told me they sent me my applications back with an explanation letter to my laywer.

I was so shocked and asked the reason and she answered me it was about my working experience.

But I am 100% sure my working experiece letter because I was a CEO of newpaper company so that I applied noc 0015.

I didn't even charged yet and get nothing from them so I asked her if I was rejected and she replied "just send back and disccuss with your laywer."

And then I asked again, "then, can I re-apply my applications?" she answered "Yes! Sure. It is possible you apply your application again."

What does that mean?

They didn't even charge me and check the completemess??

And what is the possible for re-applying?

Why she didn't mention "Your applications are rejected"?

So panic now.....

Didnt your lawyer pre assess your file before charging you the fees ?

If they havent charged you yet and claim that they sent your file back then maybe any work exp letter is missing .
CIC would be talking about filing in express entry.

Call up your lawyer now . Is he in canada

Hi manvar2318.. Yes I double checked with my process consultant and she asked me to send it. The PCC's will reach NDVO tomorrow. Just keeping my fingers crossed. Lol..

I think CIC is charging the lucky ones whose applications reached CIC in the morning of dec 29th. I have noticed that the ones whose CC got charged are the ones whose applications reached at 9:36 & 9:37 am on 29th dec.

I'm just guessing.

She did pre assess my file at least twice also I check through email.
Either CiC or my lawyer did make a mistake, I think.

When asked abt overall cap, she sounded surprised n asked for my noc which is 4214. She replied it doesn't seem to have reached the cap. Now what do I deduce from all. It's getting too confusing.

I am in the same situation! Same timeline & same NOC
Every time I call - am getting the same response!
My intuition says that 4214 is going to be charged till 31st applicants.

My app was received on Dec 24 and CC was charged on Feb 25.
