Who got an ITA still has 60 days to go through medical examinations and get all the necessary documents to apply so CIC shouldn't be processing any of their applications this week. As of now we don't have any information about CIO Sydney handling EE applications, those applications can also be sent for verification to any VO in the world.

When can I expect the DD en-cashment?

Yes, His name is Shoks, DD encashed yesterday, NOC 0111.
I expect the due day for you , coming Tuesday.

I just realised that some December 10 applicants have not been charged . I am inclusive NOC 1114 ,Application received Dec 10,2014.
Are we still in the game? I just realised that not everybody can be charged the same date . I am beliving God that my CC will come today.

It seems that since first draw has already been done by CIC, and they have been running a big campaign that they try to finish the process of PR visa for all those who are issued ITA within a period of six months or even less. Therefore it seems that this commitment will of "Six months or less for express entry selected candidates" will be fulfilled at the cost of "delay in processing of FSWP 2014 applications". I hope and pray that my assumption would be wrong and it wouldn't be the case. But we are not hearing any news of charging for 11th Dec and onwards applicants which was supposed to be heard today. But again let us be optimistic and hope for good.

I'm afraid your assumption is true given that we are witnessing a severe decline in charging rate in the past couple of cic working days...
However, I see that the PER issuing rate isn't suffering from such a harsh decline, november applicants are getting their PERs...

Nevertheless, I sincerely hope that by the end of the day we will have some progress in charging...
