How did you get this number, 50 appt everyday on average? I saw a post from hero George, around 7000+? appt in Dec.
As 11 Dec appt, I will have no sleep tonight.....

Come on everybody don't lose hope this way. CIO are not charging all applicants at the same time. Beside how did you know that lots of applicants have charged already. You know the average applicants are around 50 everyday , how many out of them you know have been charged?.
Applicants with proper documented files will not be charged in two conditions:
1- If the NOC cap reached 1000.
2- If the total cap reached 25000 before delivering their applications to the CIO.

During completeness check, theycheck only for evidence of job reference letter.
Then charging.
Then data entry > after this ECAS becomes live
Then eligibility check for minimum 67 points and job duties matching NOC applied for.

Yes, few cases reported on forum for NER after charging for mismatch in job duties.

So according to the procedure above in 8.1; am i right to say during the completeness check, they check our Job description and duties we perform with the lead statement of the primary NOC we are applying ?

in other words, Do they do that before CC charged or is it done after the CC charged?

and in further clarification, is there any chance we can get a NER due to our job description duties are mismatched with the NOC lead statement after our CC is charged?

Hey I am a Dec 10th applicant too with the same NOC, most likely looks like we both should get charged today, as and when CIC opens in the next couple of hours. On Saturday 2 applicants with 2172 NOC were charged, 10th December applicants again.

Just thought I would share this, hang in there bro, our time has come.
