I dont think that there is a need. And ther reaons is that date of CC+3to10 days= Date of DD.
CIO is not treating separately the DD cases. They are just simply following FIFO(first in first out) based on the date of receipt of application.
Means if one application with DD passed through completeness check and his DD is sent to bank on 30th Jan 2015, then it means that applicant is already hundred percent counted in CAP and let us assume that if CAP of his NOC reached to 999-before completeness check of this DD applicant, it will be immediately increased to 1000-even though DD is still sent on 30th Jan 2015 and would cleared with in 3-days to 10-days period. After this DD applicant counting of that particular NOC, CIO is not going to entertain any applicant for this NOC whether CC or DD and close this NOC as being CAPPED.
1st dec appliacants are charged in 23 for cc,so we are out of your expectations (3-10 days) , and we fount that the last dd is 26 nov applicant ?!!!
Hope that it makes it clear that there is no need for separate thread, the most important point to follow is which date applicants being charged these days and accordingly you can forecast your case passing date. For example till yesterday 10th december applicants got charged. Now DD applicant before 10th should be assured with a level of certainly that their files already passed through completeness check and hopefully their DD would have already sent to bank for clrearance.
