I am very sorry for your friend. His lawyer seems not much of help.eturea said:It seems that on 15 jan the CIO was checking for completeness the applications received on 19 dec 2014.
I have a friend who was rejected because he sent the WES in copy, and not in original.
The lawyer (located in Canada) who handled his case received the application back on 29 jan, with the letter from CIO dated 15 jan 2015.
So it seems that by now the CIO already checked for completeness all the applications.
And it seems that an application returned from CIO takes around 14 days to reach the destination in Canada. So if the destination is somewhere else in the world, obviously would take much longer for the application to be returned.
PS. I don't know under what NOC he applied.
Many thanks for your information. This hopefully means that if a December applicant didn't received an rejection so far, he/she is safe now and on the way to being charged.
+1 for you
