No you do not have to pay. ATIP is free. Unless you are requesting some "fancy" one...
I did ordered and got my ATIP a few months ago and it was completely free.

My friend had to pay $5 a month ago.

Today I received my oath letter for this Friday 23rd !
Oath exactly 6 weeks after test.
My journey's almost over finally

Super news AsianIndian. congrats. My test was on Sept 22nd and hoping my oath date is also due soon!!!

Congratulations Asian Indians,
I am very happy for you.
I am sad for mine I gave my test on August 13,2015 @ Scarborough town center,
Still nothing changed status is remain same before test and after test nothing changed.
I do not know when I am going to get that Pinky letter waiting for that.
Let see my luck...when it comes.

We completed our application process on October 19 at Scarborough Centre. The oath ceremony was awesome.
