One of our November applicant was stuck too, requested ATIP a month ago and just received his test invitation. I would strongly suggest you to do the same.

Lot of us are still waiting for their oath invite but most of us have passed their test between July and September.

I have passed the cic test in Hamilton Office on august 5 this year, I have not heard from them since then.. this office is very slow.. is there anyone from Hamilton in this Forum, please feel free to let me how thing is going for you?

Finally received letter to appear in Test on Oct 9 at Scarborough office.

I am one of those unfortunate ones too. Submitted Dec 30 2014 and still waiting for the test date. so you are definitely not alone. I am thinking of submitting ATIP as well if i don't get an update till end of this month .

No you do not have to pay. ATIP is free. Unless you are requesting some "fancy" one...
I did ordered and got my ATIP a few months ago and it was completely free.
