GTA Applications are going through a bit slow as compare to other parts of Canada. Only one applicant from Toronto received test Invite ...so I'm not so worried either as we all are sailing in the same boat :)
I wish the best of luck for all December Applicants....We all are so active and amazing!!!
Dear lawer lady
Speed of CIC GTA is slow & speed of December group is fast :)

Yes I have the correct address on the system.
I've been checking my mail box everyday - mostly trash mail.
Nope have not received any RQ...yet.

I hope you are right - I'll send you a free Timmy's!

I have not started studying and told myself I will start once the file is transferred. I think I better go home and start reading as I suspect they did not update my eCAS and I may just get a test invite some day and will not have enough time to study. :P

Same here, I am waiting to see my file transferred before I start reading the book.

Well, One thing I can tell you is if you have the correct address on the system, and have been checking your mail box and haven't received an RQ 13 days after March 21st then your file is just taking longer time than others to be transferred.

Common sense says it should be transferred maybe Friday or next week. Shaazdeh's application took 26 days to get transferred, yours took so far around 31. But things don't always go as planned.

My mother always told me I have a sixth sense :P So if your file got transferred by next week max then my power is still working. ;D

Can you please use your 6th sense to predict some movement with my file ? Stuck in Received since March 3rd...

Why do you guys make it a local office (Mississauga, Scarborough, etc.) issue while your file are still in Sydney ? I don't understand. I think it is all Sydney's fault until after your file is transferred. No ?

Dear
In my opinion due to volume of already pending Files in these offices might be Sydney is not transferring files .

I don't think so. I think they pile them up according to address, because it doesn't make sense that Missisuaga applicants all moved to IP in 20 days and all scarborough's didn't. EXCEPT MINE. I checked today and it's IP. I told you I do MAGIC.

OK, I will check with you again next week on Wednesday then. Hopefully you'll predict some good news for me :D

When I got there, lots of people from the morning test were still there. The test wasn't started until after 1pm. After we were seated, a lady read the test instructions. So our test started at ~1:20. We were told to keep test content confidential, so can't share the questions with others. If you read the book carefully, there should be no problem. I personally feel those online tests are not very helpful though. So please do not rely on them totally. I checked my answers a few times before I handed it in. Most people finished in 10-15 min.

When we got out of the exam room, there were still some people from the morning there doing interview. I waited at least an hour until it was my turn. The officer asked me for passport, landing paper, PR card. These were all the things he asked for. I asked if I need to show my degree and transcript, he said no need. The conversation with the officer will be the test for language :) He then asked me to talk about my research, since I do research at a university, and where I graduated from, etc. The interview should be 7-8 min top. Then he said, oh did I mention you got 20 in your test? All in all, things are straight forward. At the end, he said my citizenship is granted, and wait for 2-5 months for oath invitation.
