Guys, I don't know HOW you can actually get agents to double check your application. I tried TWICE yesterday and they said NO IT HASNT BEEN TWO YEARS SO WE WON'T BE CHECKING IT.

What did you tell them???

I love your application ! That is how a normal application should behave. Looks like you are going to become citizen within 5 months. Let us know if you get to take the oath the same day (some people have). I see that Scarbourouhg has oath ceremonies April 8th through April 10th. Maybe they'll schedule more in April and you can be part of it !

Don't worry - there is nothing you can do but just wait. I am sure it will be in process and sent to the local office within the next 2 weeks. I've spent hours analyzing trends but I gave up! I realized the folks there put the files on a roulette wheel and spin it and pick it up. It is very very random and very hard to predict. The main thing is that it was received. Not to worry.

Still on received as well. Although one agent called me yesterday and said my file was transferred to Calgary so let's see if that shows online within 2 days. (Called me yesterday at 9.30 am, been checking ecas and no changes so far)

I read that ecas can't be trusted at all. Sometimes your application has been transferred and it does not show! And since no agents would tell me where my application is on the phone...

Nah sorry you missed that part. They called me because they didn't know if I wanted to keep my middle name lol. They didn't just call me to give me an update hahaha, I wish!

LOL! That makes sense now.

I wish I could call and tell them to tell me if my case has been transferred but I am pretty sure if I did that they will tell me to shut up and be patient like everyone else

You should start reading the book and checking your mailbox for your test letter. eCAS is not always reliable, there are many examples of that unreliability on here.

Just saw the spreadsheet that 'NK' got an RQ

Anyone knows NK and why he possibly got an RQ?

If you get an RQ do they show on eCAS that additional information has been requested?

Also downloaded the spreadsheet and sorted by IP date and realized they are batch processing applications going to Mississauga. Interesting. hmmm...there I go again analyzing!
