Hey guys,

I also added 2 columns in the spreadsheet "Transferred to local office(date)" and IP to Local office(days)

Thanks

so most of the time your "Location" will become your "local office" when the file is transferred?

Ok and Do you guys want the Statistic on the top of the spreadsheet or it's ok on the bottom as it is?.

I think Wes786 and Kovachum got the file transfered?

Good afternoon everybody,

I just put my information in the spreadsheet ;-)

Application sent: Dec. 15, 2014
Application received: Dec. 19, 2014
Application In Process: Feb. 19, 2014
Application sent to local office (Surrey): Feb. 22, 2014

Now starts the waiting game, I guess......
Will update here, once I have news.

Have a nice day!

My file was also transferred to Vancouver office, I have updated it on the sheet !

Please what is your take on this:

Our application is for a family of 5 (2 adults + 3 children).
I received 4 emails for 4 of us except my youngest child. Is this an omission that I should worry about?
Should I call CIC about this? is anybody in this situation?

Or do I wear my suit, tie & shoes and wait for his AOR? :D :P

Hi,

got my AOR today as an email ;D ;D.

Now the second waiting period started ….

I suggest you call them. My guess is that it is an omission. You'd better call them the soonest to have that figured out. The family file is already open so it'll be easy for them to "fix" that.

Hi Shalom1,

You're not alone there. All my family members except one got their AoRs 2 days back. Interestingly, however, the family member who didn't get an AoR can still see application status online using UCI number. I'm wondering whether the email-AoR is something I should be worried about.

Did someone else experience this too?

Thanks for your answer.
Which UCI # did you use to check Ecas for the one without AOR?
Is it from previous document like PR card?

Thank you for your prompt response.

Hey Shalom1,

No problem. The UCI number, which is and 8-digit number with a hyphen, should be on your PR card and COPR, but it's not your PR number. Hope that helps.
