Hi there,

When did they receive your application. I'm in same boat. I'm Aug. applicant. As per CIC advise, I did resubmit on Dec. 31. I'm afraid they return it due to fee increase.

Hi, i got my email AOR jan 6 2015.
sent my app sept 23 2014 and due to CIC advise and to avoid increased fees, resubmitted app dec 27 2014.
Just wait for it.

No AOR yet? I am still waiting to hear from CIC and it may be too early. It has been almost 3 weeks since they received my application.

Hi Everyone,

I sent my citizenship application on 2ND DECEMBER 2014 TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS :

CPC - SYDNEY - GRANT ADULTS
49 DORCHSTER,
SYDNEY, NOVA SCOTIA,
B1P 5Z2

Tracked it and they received it on 3rd December 2014. Today is 12th Jan 2015 ( almost 1.5 months) and I have not received or heard anything from them yet.

I know it might be too early but can you guys tell me the current timeline for the AOR only??? Has anyone of you received any acknowledgment ?? (only those who submitted their application in December 2014)

ALSO, I checked in ECAS and there is no update there. Not even that they have received the package.

Can you please provide a phone number to contact CIC and inquire about your application.

it takes 2-3 months to receive AOR. Please be patient and the contact number is 1-888-242-2100

Once you receive AOR then the online status with update with Received and with AOR information.

Do not worry. You filled it the correct away. We filled the same way for my wife and our application is in process since Nov 14, which means it was accepted.

My Family's application that was recvd at CPC Sydney in second week of Dec 2014 has been returned :'( today with a request for Langugage proof and additional Fees. We had attached IELTS Academic (my mistake).
Plan to send it back to CPC this wk.

Hi all

Today CIC returned my application because the residency calculator form it didn't have date. So today i paid extra $230 due to the fees increase
. I will send it back tomorrow and hopefully they will put my application back with the december's ones and not with the new ones because it has stamps that it was received on December 11.
