Hello love bird 43,
Just your name and address. Your client ID is a sensitive number and should not be known by anybody else. In addition, is not necessary to write your phone number on the envelope.

wow Someone from November applicant got an AOR in email exactly 1 month from the receipt of his application, please check this post:
