Would appreciate your help and feedback. Do you know if there are any other applicants who are still in the same boat as me and if my status is still normal or not ?

Acknowledgment letter sent March 23, 2015
Started processing application on June 18, 2015

Overall it has been 9 months, and still waiting . Should I be concerned ?

Also what is the next likely update ? test date or processing office ?

My application is from Dec 2014 and still pending. I contacted CIC about 10 days ago and they stated my case was sent to Scarborough for processing.

It is taking longer than most of our Dec 2014 Group though.

I cannot do anything but wait. One day I will receive Test Date and then Oath Ceremony.

You're not alone....don't be concerned, sit back, relax and enjoy the waiting game

Thank you so much. My suggestion to you is at least what the 10 chapter of discover canada Youtube video now so when your test comes you have a bit of background and can go through the book quickly.

As people suggested above, I will say wait a little bit more. However, if by mid October you do not have any progress, I will advise you contact CIC. They may not want to check it for you but keep trying and you may get a nice person who will check it one day.

For curiosity sake, is your application single or family? Did you do some traveling outside Canada or anything else that may have delayed your application?

Congrats ! At least you don;t have to worry about this anymore. As for my application it is single app, and did some traveling but everything is stated clearly in the calculator.

Anyways hopefully i get to hear some news soon.

Good day fellow decembers, glad to see that a lot completed the citizenship process on my end, nothing new since the test that I passed at the end of may 2015. Good luck to all!
