nice article... So much of lacking information given by CIC last 3-4 months.. They are updating in november Overall cap 4500/8000 app reached..
Then we see page error in december .. no updates... now sending file back saying CAP been reached.

All just to focus on 1 thing express entry.. they don't want to lag under new rules

Well look at that this guy has a phd and he didnt think he could get in under ee and all the crap they did to the people applying i think they should atleast say something to us or give us a fair chance since it was an error on their part

CIC looks do not want to get their hand in processing to old PR applications.. because EE girst draw is completed and they might not seen any issue to it... I dont believe cap has been reached... end of November its around 4500 applications .. all we just lost money to spending application to cic and also first draw of EE.. in addition irritations has been added among us..

For all of us its a sad news that all applications are coming back . But sometime i am confused applying under new rules .. When we came we were following old cases . After my graduation i was looking for a job .. Just to get a field exprience so that can apply for pr .. That time was not knowing whats LMIA is..

Completed 1 yr expriece still currently working. Applied for pr in december hoping would get positive response..
Last 10 days all changed as application coming back.

Now dont know what to do for lmia .. Job bank all other stuff.. I created profile says ineligible .. I cant update that .. As its transmitted .. Now thinking of creating new one..

Also have read post where people saying if u have certain exprience under NOC but wont be getting 600 points as its doesnt have a positive lmia ..

I am working in NOC B caregory .. But for all people who applied under new rules seems to be difficult changing everything .. Also time limit for Workpermit about to get expire in few months
Good luck applicants ..any updates under express entry for CEC do post ..

Bad news. Application was returned to day (arrived at CIC December 1) as being above the 8000 limit.

Which NOC?
Don't loose hope. All the best of Express Entry

I didnt created another profile. I will create it soon. i dont know about LMIA hows dat gonna be proceed. will search some info regarding LMIA. and ill try where i can increase some points.

All of us under CEC are around 400 points. lets see what CIC offers in express entry

CBC News asked CIC to explain why it did not inform the public that its cap had been reached two months ago, but it did not provide an answer.

Application have been returned? I applied early Dec 2014. But I'm still waiting for my application back. I need some original document to use for Express Entry system, Police certificate Birth Certificate and Picture. However, I'm worried about the date of expired. This is CIC mistake. They should accept if Police certificate was expired. We have got all document together for old CEC system. What would everyone do for that documentation which has available period?

Hi all,
Today I called CIC Call center about my application status which had been received by CIC on Dec 31st 2014. the Agent said the same "Cap was reached on Oct 2014 . so your applicaiton would be sent back. CIC officially announced this on Jan 29th 2015".

This is unfair. after the launch of Express entry they are telling this. i am really upset. should do my ECA and Provincial nominee program.


Thanks a lot to CIC for making this mess to my life. I have completed my one year on Sep 2014 and got my CELPIP result on Dec 24th 2014. so what about me ? my company will not provide a LMIA. .

if they want to save jobs for canadians then dont give even a work permit for a forigner .

Hell it is.... same with me n so many people that we dont have lmia. Stucked On how to get 600 points of lmia. N is it real that job offer with LMIA has 600 points .. or job offer has 600 around points too?????????
