I hope so, Crawf! We originally hoped for a late summer decision, so anything sooner would be a blessing. :P

Patience, I hope it comes soon! That patience will pay off!!

Congrats, Millertimez! I hope you get your COPR soon :D Still haven't received mine!

Thank you ladies. I still can't believe the process is over. Gotta find something else to keep me busy.

Zarilenth, from what I read the COPR should take about 10 days to arrive in the mail after DM on ECAS. Let us know when yours arrives.

Can any one comment on my status
I am putting the inland application for the spouse. Please advice me about the supporting documents i need for application.
Firstly, what are the supporting documents people will add to show genuine relationship.
Currently i have joint bank account, lease agreement, letter from doctor for pregnancy, how much financial bank statement i
required, as i am currently student.I have snap for weeding and some trip picture to Toronto, Please let me know any thing that support my application to show its genuineness.
Any suggestion highly appreciated

All that you are mentioned is good... Pictures are the best..
but if you have copy of ultrasound picture of your baby that will be a plus...

State that you are pregnant and probably delivery date....

Your pregnancy is your best proof of genuinely of your relation, and that is what they are interested

congrats millertimez :)

We got our DM this morning!!

Just got the best early birthday present ever: Decision Made in ECAS!!!

We received my application for permanent residence on December 6, 2013.
We started processing my application on June 25, 2014.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on my application. The office will contact me concerning this decision.[/list]

And there is absolutely no way this is a negative decision, right? They requested my sponsor's proof of residency at the end of May and we supplied that within 1 day (lease, hydro bill, proof of enrolment at U of T and bank information). They haven't requested anything else since then.

  • OMG this is nuts!!! Maple, look out for yours. Congrats both of you.

  • Congrats to both pz and crawf!!! I am so happy for you both! This long process is almost complete and now on to the new journey of a life together with your spouses! I can't remember - did you both receive a PPR?

Patience, I feel like because we were given such a long due date for our evidence (July 27th), it may be a bit longer. But that's okay. The hubby is coming up for a prolonged visit next week, so that will make the waiting a bit easier. :P

We never got a PPR which I assume is because we mailed in a photocopy of her US passport with the application. They did however ask us for a scan of the CSQ since we are landing in Montreal! We sent it to them immediately and didn't hear anything further until we saw the DM this morning.
