Nice! When did you get this email craw? Looks like there are some rumblings from Ottawa :) Someone else needs to catch up to Millertimz. he can't just leave everyone in the dust!

Darn I was hoping to break a record. Lol. Joking aside, I'm static hearing there's movement in Ottawa. Yay!

I am thrilled it seems that December applications are starting to be processed now in Ottawa and very happy that people in our group are hearing things.

However, I will not deny being insanely jealous that you now know, at the very least, your application is on someone's desk! :P

Hang in there MLB. Perhaps, your application will be the one that goes straight to DM.

Neither good nor bad news (I hope): we received a request for additional documents from Ottawa. Guess in our stress to provide all the necessary documentation for everything else, we forgot to provide proof that my husband actually lives in Ontario! Oops!

· SPR's residency: Evidence that your sponsor resides in Canada. This includes but is not limited to: pay stubs, T4 slips, utility bills, banking history, employment letters, lease agreements, etc. Driver's licences, property tax assessments, social insurance or health insurance cards are not sufficient to show intent to return.

This must be received at this office by: 2014/07/21

I think this is good news. Congrats. Let's hope they don't revisit your file until after that date which they are known to do that. I believe it's called BRING IN FORWARD.

I sent them the documentation they needed an hour ago. Just required scanning a few documents we had on hand. So they are welcome to revisit anytime now :)

It's always good news to hear from Ottawa!! Just makes me wonder why they always seem to ask for a scan of the CSQ when Micc is supposed to send the VO a copy of it. I had sent a scan of mine as soon as I received it in January and it shows received in my notes. Let's see if they ask me for it again.

We emailed it as soon as we received it (early February, I think), but when I emailed it I did so using the info points for the sponsor (me) rather than the applicant (my wife) -- I'm not sure we even had the information for my wife yet. I figure it's possible they didn't dig hard to make the connection because they can just ask for the email again, which just takes a minute to send.

lol I was temporarily paranoid, and i went back to look at the email I had sent to them. i had included the UCI#, application# and DOB of my husband. I guess it is laziness because on the CSQ is the applicant's name and DOB. Can't they find an application with just that?

Well, we had to send in physical paperwork (police report as well as her photos that we forgot to attach) and the cover letter indicated the sponsor again, not the applicant. Of course the application number is the same for both so hopefully they will make the connection for physical documents, but if not I guess they'll ask for them. We are happy we ordered an extra police report about six weeks ago "just in case", so I guess the worst outcome is that there will be a delay of a few weeks...

I received an email requesting more documents too ;D
they asked me to update some forms, a recent police certificate and proof of comunication with my spouse since he went back to canada
I printed 30 pages of skype chat, I hope it will be enough xD
tomorrow I go to the embassy to deliver it

i wish everyone keep hearing something from your vo too =)

You should ask in the June thread or the Vienna thread, instead of in all the active threads. They probably have no idea if anyone from June 2013 have received PR from the Vienna office.
