I am a November 12th applicant and came to know that Some people got ECAS updated am hoping to get it in the following week so seems like they have started working on November 2nd week applicants after a long wait ( 5 weeks after the November 1st week applicants Status' changed).Axmcol18 said:

At least it is moving along. My application was received by CIC on Feb 8, 2014. I have a longgggggg wait ahead ??? ??? ??? ???
My file has not been transferred to visa office (CPP-Ottawa) yet. Seems like it is going to be forever
